Kung Hsing brings and presents its extruder for biomaterial film blowing based on corn starch. The novelty showcased at the International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing
Plastic film poses an increasing bigger problem all over the world. Yet plastic films are a part of our everyday life. Responding to global trends and bearing in mind the concern for the future of the Earth, the Taiwanese Kung Hsing uses this year at the PLASTPOL as the showcase to presents the KS-FLL65 extruder for biomaterial films production. The same machine can be used to produce biopolymers and polyethylene (LD / LLDPE) films.
the C26 expo stand at PLASTPOL expo is the display for biomaterial based on corn starch shown by Italian company. The company provides three-layer, high-performance mono and ABA film blowing machines as well as specially designed machines for 100% biodegradable films production.
The extruder was already presented in December 2018 at PlastEurAsia in Istanbul, Turkey. A three-layer ABC film line was presented there (model KS-CFLL50 + 65T) - this may utilise 100% biodegradable material. Regarding the specification of the Targi Kielce presented machines - no laps width is 1200 mm, 10 microns thickness.
