The Conference Centre of Targi Kielce, with many state-of-the-art technologies being applied in it, will fulfil a few functions. Adjustable partitions and "mobile audience" will facilitate the organization of large-scale events such as conferences, concerts, as well as seminars and artistic projects. This building will provide seats for 1,000 people, in addition to offering an underground car park. The project will be completed by June 2013. Part of this facility will be a 57-metre-high viewing tower with a banquet room.
The development of the Conference Centre constitutes the final stage of a PLN 170 million project aimed at the modernization and extension of the Targi Kielce exhibition centre. As yet, since mid-2009, two modern exhibition halls have been built, as well as a terminal featuring an electronic exhibitor and visitor registration system. As excellent acoustics is a strong point of one of the halls, it can be used as a venue for large-scale events with special requirements in this respect. The official opening ceremony, which took place in August, featured a TV dance and music show, with the world's best ballet artists as well as Poland's music stars performing in it. This facility can already be used for organizing conferences, high-profile events and concerts for 4,500 attendees.
