BUFFALO RX 2400 HD MANURE SPREADER ON SHOW AT AGROTECH

The March AGROTECH exhibition held in Kielce is the display for EUROMILK and its première presentation of one of the largest spreaders in its offer - EM Buffalo RX 2400 HD. The impressive capacity spreader - of 24.2 m3 and the 20 tons load capacity has been equipped with hydr-tridem suspension - this largely improves the machines functionality and offers a better quality.

The machines are made with an incredible precision from materials of the best quality. The high-grade steel S355J2 + N - 6 mm thickness and increased abrasion resistance were used to produce the spreader.  The spreader, before applying the painting has undergone a shot blasting process for excellent corrosion resistance. The machine has been created to withstand the toughest working conditions - a be great choice for large farms where speed and work quality come at the top of the priority list.  Depending on the configuration, the manure spreader can be used to distribute manure, calcium or chicken litter. It can also be converted to become a large-capacity trailer which can even be used for transporting crops, including corn.

Buffalo RX 2400 HD on 650/55-R26,5 BKT tires is 10.31 m long, 3.01 m wide and offers the 2.96 m loading height, the overall height (extensions included) is up to 3.55 m. The HD beater is a standard equipment. The HD adapter of 2.25 m height offers most robust construction, wide - 324 mm diameter rolls and a reinforced gear. The Ø 18 mm chain conveyor with the load bearing capacity above 33 t and a dense, closed profile transverse strip are also important features of the spreader. The spreader is also equipped with air brakes,  the drawbar-mounted hydraulic support foot folded inwards and LED lights.  The RX 2400 HD optional equipmentmay include the following solutions: wide-angle PTO, hydraulic sluice box (so-called 'guillotine'), double-damped drawbar, deflectors for scatter width regulation, fenders, central  and electronic control lubrication, two-speed belt transmission, roof-top sign and hydraulically opened corn extensions (this option is rarely seen in the competitors’ solutionc). The spreader is also equipped with a hydraulic tridem suspension. Steering axles of this type are an important safety element because they keep the machine in  line  with the tractor and improve the overall stability of the vehicle. The price of a machine with such equipment on - PLN 286 600 net.
