The aluminium trench edge supports - an ideal solution to stabilise the top edge of a trench to a standard trench depth of 3 m (max. 6 m is possible).  An excellent choice for in urban applications and where the equipment mobilization time really counts.  The system has been designed so that it can be operated by only 2 people - made for maximum mobility.  The LITEBOX system is the lightest aluminium system of this type available on the market. The weight of the heaviest element is only 42 kg (aluminiumLITEBOX 3.00 m panels). Thus crews can mobilize the equipment and assemble the formwork at the construction site quickly and easily without the need to use heavy equipment. Thanks its low weight, the formwork can be transported by light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t. The LITEBOX system is the lightest aluminium system of this type available on the Erupe’s market. In addition, LITEBOX formworks offer the largest working clearance of all the products on the market. The bottom clearance beetween the excavation and struts (pipe clearance) is up to 75 cm!

The LITEBOX system is the only formwork complemented with system accessories to ensure full safety of the people working as well as those who are outside the trench.
