The DP120 range combines a substantial maximum volume and gross weight (3500kg) with the option of a removable container. After removing the container, the DP120 trailer can be used as a conventional l flatbed trailer.  Galvanized steel chassis  and drawbar provide for unmatched anti-corrosion protection. In combination with high-strength aluminium, high impact resistance  side panels, thes semi-trailers often achieve a much longer service life than the vehicles which pull them.  The characteristic steel channels provide for a strong and rigid frame. Trailer floors are made of  thick, pressure-treated wooden planks protected with non-slip 2 mm thick aluminium sheet. All  brakes equipped trailers come with the unique beam and Ifor Williams, suspension axle developed and improved to ensure safe and stable traction.  Similar systems are widely used in commercial vehicles where performance under load is essential.  Known for its durability and easy maintenance, the   Ifor Williams rear axle system significantly contributes to the low depreciation of our trailers. All sizes available with a standard ramp or with a ramp and  EasyLoad  folding system - order at the client’s request.

System EasyLoad Deck

Unique  Ifor Williams trailers’ feature is the EasyLoad ramp and foldable system  for simpler upper deck loading.   The trailer is a perfect solution for cattle  and other farm animals transport. All components are stored on the trailer's deck, conveniently and securely for quick access. If necessary, the unfolded or folded in a few minutes’ tiem, without the need to use any tools or special equipment.
Decks can be easily operated with the use of the EasyLoad ramp. Easily lifting is made possible with the two gas telescopes. This requires little effort from the operator. Closing is equally easy. Using operator’s own weight and a foot pressure, the operator lowers the EasyLoad ramps and locks them in.
