The International Fair of Public Transport is also the home for the IV Chamber of Urban Transport’s Vintage Buses Exhibition
This is the first time one-stop-shop presentation Poland’s oldest public transport buses. Each of the historic vehicles on show at the exhibition is unique yet each remains fully technical viable. The International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO in Targi Kielce is the showcase for the shiny exhibits - the expo visitors can admire the fantastic, rejuvenated Krakow Durant Rugby bus from 1929. The bus survived the World War II hidden under the hay in a rural barn. Another equally interesting exhibit is Chausson AH48 from 1950. This is a living proof of what used to be the core of Warsaw public transport in the years 1947- 1963. The first user of this particular bus put on display at Targi Kielce was the French Army. The bus was bought back by the Club of Enthusiasts of City Transport in 2007.
