THAI BOX IN THE BEST POSSIBLE FORM - ONLY AT THE FIT WEEKEND

The event organisers: the Martial Arts Section - Klincz and Targi Kielce. This is Poland’s most prestigious competition in this sport type. Male and female competitors are divided into several age categories: male and female junior (16-17 years old), seniors (18-39 years old), seniors class A (18-39 years old), seniors class B (18-39 years old) and seniors " veterans "(39+).

Thai boxing is more offensive than any other martial arts - said Janusz Janowski when interviewed for the Men'sHealth magazine, the Polish national team coach of Muay Thai and the president of the Puncher Thai Boxing Club in Wroclaw. - Like traditional kick-boxing, Muay Thai is focused on the real strikes efficiency  rather than gaining competition points. Therefore, the mechanics motion are designed to get maximum strength of each hit.  There are martial arts which score points for every accurate blow. Not in Muay Thai. Here, not only is the impact aimed to hit the opponent. It must also hurt." adds Janowski .
