THE POLISH ECOLOGY ASSOCIATION MARKS ITS PRESENCE IN TARGI KIELCE

The event brings together   dozens of companies from all over Poland, including those united within  Polish Ecology Association.  The representatives of the Association will implement the  "I opt for Polish Eco" project.  The so-called green Euro-leaf is the guarantee that the food stuffs have been produced in an ecological manner, in accordance with the regulation, i.e. respect for environment and human health. This means that cultivation does not require the use of synthetic plant protection products and fertilizers.

The  Polish Ecology Association   expo stand features the agricultural experts who provide information on education and training. This is targeted at processors, producers, farmers and traders.  Specialists will persuade consumers to choose  Polish organic products more often.

They expo is also the showcase for  numerous culinary shows prepared by students from the Complex of Vocational Schools in Kielce.   Mariusz Bezak and Polish culinary masters  will prepare healthy and tasty dishes. This event continues for two days. Original dishes and pastries for visitors to try free of charge.  All dishes are based on native, traditional recipes.
