THE REAL ESTATE MANAGER OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCED! AWARDS EXPANDED AT THE LOCUM EXPO

The awards were presented during the Lokum Expo in Targi Kielce

The aim of the competition is to select the companies that are the best and the most dynamic and active property managers in the market. The Jury Panel was composed of: Sabina Augustynowicz ("Administrator and Property Manager" magazine), Andrzej Rajkiewicz (National Agency for Energy Conservation), Marek Majchrzak (Polish Federation of Property Managers) and Janusz Gutowski (Polish Real Estate Federation). The Jury assessed the candidates involvements in  real estate management, embracing the latest trends in various fields, technical novelties implementation, activities which benefit ecology as well as the openness and transparency of the procedures and standards.
