Hand-made toys - that was a remarkable reward for the little ones who participated in handicraft workshops held on the second day of the International Artistic Handicrafts Exhibition in Targi Kielce
The spring unveiling of the Targi Kielce Handicraft Expo encompasses a large exhibition of handicrafts products and art as well as unique workshops. The Saturday classes targeted the little ones. Joanna Wrońska taught the children how to created dolls made of pieces of colour cloths and yarn. The youngest made "zadanice" - dolls of good wishes. - I would like to recreate the tradition of creating motanki dolls - emphasized Joanna Wrońska during the workshop. - Workshops like today's are on the one hand a good way oa spending time, an attempt to children's master manual skills. On the other hand this is a great opportunity to revive this beautiful tradition.
The workshops was a real creation fun-factory which offered real benefits. The little participants of the workshops were allowed to take home the self-made multi-coloured dolls with braids or flamboyant and enjoy having returned home.
If you want to see how motanki are created, join us at the Crafts Expo - the workshops held also on Sunday, April 22 from 11.00-13.00 and from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM. We also invite you to machine sewing workshops - 11:00 to 12:30.
