Two days’ training sessions on offer of the Studio Ruchu Mięta [Movement Parlous - the Mint] - available to all this year’s FIT WEEKEND guests.

TRAINING WITH THE STUDIO RUCHU - A PART OF THE FIT WEEKEND

Everything starts on Saturday at 10:00 am - barbells drill with Justyna Kubicka and Dominika Chlewicka.  11:00 stretching sessions star.  Later fat burning, i.e. fat reduction exercise.

At 13:00 - the time to put your feet up and admire the "Aerial Hammocks" show  by Weronika Bekier .Then Weroniki Bekier joins Karolina Majchrzyk to run pilates classes.  14:00 to 15:30 - this is the time to join the the Zumba marathon. the instructors - Magda Węgrzyn and Maciek Sarnat are waiting for you.  Saturday classes continue until 16:20.

On Sunday at 11:00, Katarzyna Florecka will run an hour-long panel on active pregnancy, "the separation of abdominal muscles" will receive a particular attention.   Later, participants will be taken care of by Magda Węgrzyn and Dominika Chlewicka who will run barbells and trampolines training.  The sessions end at 15:00.
